Finance - GFF - BXINRA – Vice President

Manage team responsible for day-to-day fund accounting, administration, and reporting of an open-ended monthly priced retail fund  Work directly with internal and external teams including, but not limited to strike NAVs, validate corporate level activity, subscription and redemption activity, promote calculations, management fee calculations, NAV allocations, performance calculations, and corporate G&AWork with internal and external teams to provide relevant information for the preparation of the 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings and ensure new transactions are appropriately disclosedReview financial information included in investor letters and internal reportingCollaborate with multiple internal teams including Tax, Acquisition, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Legal & Compliance, Investor Client Services, local Finance, Technology, Private Wealth Solutions, and Treasury.Responsible for quarterly close of BX deliverablesCoordinate with internal and external auditors; coordinate SOX controlsCoordinate with technology teams to improve automation of manual processesAssist with ad hoc analysis and projectsAssist senior management with execution of strategic plan.Generate creative solutions to improve processesManaging and mentoring junior staff

Qualifications:

BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance is requiredCPA license is required10+ years of public/private accounting experienceExperience with open-ended funds and/or private equity industry is preferredExperience with SEC reporting and public companies is strongly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a team-based environment.Highly organized and proactive.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDetail oriented and possess strong work ethic; ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments; strong time management skillsIdeal candidates would have a commitment to excellence in their work product and a desire to learn and grow as a professional

Expected annual base salary range:

$155,000 - $225,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
