Job Description:
This job is responsible for helping operations’ management understand trending, emerging risks, and adherence to deadlines associated with resolving previously identified risks.Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems, ensuring adherence to operations procedures, providing guidance to employees, handling exception requests, and referring more complex problems to a senior manager.Job expectations include having an understanding of foundational operations and familiarity in a specific product line.This role acts as a leader across multiple functions within the business and will be responsible for helping with the daily management of processes by developing metrics, process health checks, and target operating model. This role will interact across the globe to help drive consistency in the measurement of our processes.

Experience with metrics, data collection, data mining, presentation tools, automation, and process design.Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audienceAbility to work under pressure in a team environmentExperience managing or supervising a diverse work force with the intent of leveraging diverse experiencesSelf-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
