With the primary goal of supporting relationships with land-based casino partners, the Partnership Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Partnership Marketing Manager on the day-to-day partner relationships that support profitable casino business throughout Carnival Corporation’s brands. The individual will provide operational support related to the partnership marketing segment and assist in implementing business processes necessary to facilitate bookings, sales and ongoing operations.
Job Functions:
Manage Partnership Marketing contract administration process Assist in management of casino event planning with partner casinos, as assigned Assist in management of group planning and administration for VIP casino groups, as assigned Provide operational support for marketing alliances and programs Work with brand reservations teams to ensure successful communication of program details Manage partner guest disputes and individual requests Assist Partnership Marketing Manager in developing systems & procedures to support the administration Partnership Marketing sales programs Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standardsQualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Required Years & Area of Professional Experience: 3-5 years casino experience with emphasis on casino sales, administration and marketing. Cruise line and/or travel reservation and legal contract management experience preferred Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer Skills: Casino marketing and cruise industry experience required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Self-motivated individual with strong relationship marketing skills. Detailed oriented, with superior organizational and customer service skills. Be able to provide superior customer service to all our partners and guests. Work independently with little supervision. Must be able to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended period of time. May need to stand for long periods of time.
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
This position is classified as "in-office." As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida from Tuesday through Thursday. Employees may work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Some positions may require additional in-office time each week and final schedule is determined by your leader. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
