Global Head, Total Rewards
**Overview** Reporting to Karen Bick, NewCo’s SVP and CPO, the Global Head, Total Rewards (“Global Head, TR”) will be a close strategic partner to the leadership team to develop innovative and impactful programs to attract and retain world-class talent while driving business results. This corporate leadership role holds responsibilities for executive compensation (including equity administration), broad-based compensation, benefits, and wellness, as well as lead key HR M&A initiatives from due diligence through integration. This individual will have proven experience implementing and leading total rewards within a publicly traded company environment and will have regularly interacted with a compensation committee/Board of directors. The ideal candidate will have evolved within a fast-paced organization of scale and, ideally, will have experienced multiple industries, gaining a more holistic view of the total rewards levers that are successful in different environments and operating models. This leader will be adept at navigating HR business process improvement, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions better. The Global Head of TR will be inclusive and can build collaborative relationships while being a high-level strategic thinker capable of partnering with NewCo’s senior leaders. The successful candidate will also be hands-on, humble, self-motivated, and goal-oriented change agent. Given NewCo’s global structure, which is comprised of a corporate team and stand-alone operating companies, the successful candidate will have substantial influence and advisory skills. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead total rewards strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives + Oversee executive compensation programs, equity administration, and Compensation Committee matters + Manage enterprise-wide compensation programs, including pay philosophy, job architecture, and annual cycles + Direct global benefits programs including health/welfare, retirement, and flexibility initiatives + Lead M&A due diligence and integration for total rewards + Ensure regulatory compliance and manage required filings/reports + Lead and develop a team of 5 total rewards professionals **Required Qualifications** + 10+ years total rewards leadership experience + Extensive executive compensation expertise + Public company experience with Compensation Committee interaction + Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements + Bachelor's degree in related field + Experience supporting global, distributed workforce **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in technology or manufacturing industries + M&A integration experience + Multi-industry background + Advanced degree or relevant certifications **Leadership Competencies** + Strategic business mindset + Strong influencing and collaborative skills + Team development capabilities + Change management expertise **NEWCO OVERVIEW** Every day, engineers transform scientific potential into real-world impact, reshaping how we live and work.
