This position can be filled in Ingelheim or Biberach **Tasks & responsibilities** + As the Global Head of CapEx Construction Management, you'll be the guiding force for all external Construction Managers working on large-scale CapEx projects worldwide. Your guidance, coaching, and support will be instrumental in ensuring success in delivering CapEx projects. + In your strategic leadership role, you'll ensure the alignment of construction activities with engineering, procurement, and commissioning in all major CapEx projects. This role will test your ability to harmonize multiple facets of project execution and ensure seamless operations starting from the early project phase. + Tasked with providing strategic guidance, you'll challenge the Construction Managers and team during project execution. Your role will involve fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving the team towards achieving project milestones. + With a focus on stakeholder communication and risk management, you'll coordinate with various teams to achieve project milestones. Your ability to manage risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders will be pivotal in ensuring project success. + Part of your regular duties will involve monitoring and assessing project construction. You'll identify areas for improvement, contribute in the preparation and implementation of best practices, and foster innovation to optimize cost-efficiency.
