Global Head of Engineering Infrastructure Network

**The Position**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Infrastructure, e.g. HVAC, Facilities, Energy Supply and Critical Utilities. In this role you will implement a globally defined tailored Infrastructure and Critical Utility strategy roadmap in your respective global network of our pharmaceutical production sites. This also involves the implementation of further global priorities and targets within your network of sites.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
+ Leading the Infrastructure and Critical Utilities along with the respective local site representatives leveraging your leadership skills to drive efficiency, spark innovation, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
+ Defining assets throughout their entire lifecycle will be a key task. The contribution to budget development is therefore also part of your responsibility as well as the execution of talent development.
+ Harmonize and execeute global capabilities, concepts, standards, and processes locally, using your expertise to enhance these aspects.
+ Be the go-to person in solving technological/technical issues as a single point of contact for people on defined sites will be part of your role. Your expertise will help to balance local needs them with global priorities.
+ Enhance processes and steps within your process chain and interfaces. This is your chance to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
**Requirements**
+ Master’s degree in engineering or in other relevant disciplines with a general understanding of the site engineering, critical utilities, energy & Infrastructure supply
+ Long term leadership experience in an international environment as well as management skills with the ability to optimize the team performance and development
+ Proven track record in strategic engineering leadership delivering effective engineering strategies, policies, processes and systems
+ Knowledge in one or more site-specific areas within die department Global Facilities and Engineering
+ Strong quality and compliance experience as well as general knowledge of safety, sustainability and security topics
+ Excellent communications and good teamworking skills
