This role excludes recruitment but is critical in addressing key challenges such as attrition, leadership and managerial development, employee engagement, and making Zycus a great place to work.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global HCM strategy aligned with Zycus’ business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on human capital initiatives and organizational culture.
Talent Management: Design and implement strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning. Drive performance management systems to nurture a high-performing culture.
Training and Development: Lead the creation of leadership and managerial development programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline. Foster a culture of continuous learning through robust training programs.
Payroll and HR Operations: Oversee efficient, compliant, and accurate payroll management across all geographies. Ensure seamless HR operations to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
Employee Engagement: Develop and execute engagement strategies to build a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic workplace. Leverage employee feedback to identify and implement initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction.
Attrition Management: Analyze attrition data to identify trends and root causes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement targeted retention strategies and improve employee experience.
