We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as the Global Head of Identity Operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, high-uptime identity services that are foundational to our business. This role can be based in Morristown, NJ, New York City, Dallas or Houston, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Chicago, and Louisville, KY among others.
Global Head of IAM Operations
We will count on you to:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global identity services team, ensuring high availability and reliability of identity services.
Manage and mentor a team of approximately 20 employees, including three regional managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Establish and maintain robust performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor service quality and uptime.
Collaborate with the IAM Product Head and IAM Transformation Head to align identity operations with strategic initiatives and projects.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technology infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on identity technologies such as Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, and CyberArk.
Proven leadership experience managing global teams and driving operational excellence in identity services.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering strategic initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
What makes you stand out:
IAM/Infrastructure industry certifications preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience in driving initiatives for the onboarding and integration of new identity technologies and services.
A passion for fostering a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches to identity operations.
