You will be at the helm of our international mobility frameworks, navigating the complexities of global regulations and ensuring our HR solutions are providing the best positive experience to our people as well as insuring compliance and efficiency. + As a team leader, you will develop the best operating model and team performance, and your exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, inspiring your team to consistently achieve and surpass their goals. + Your expertise will be critical in deriving guidelines and directives from market trends analysis and our strategic framework, ensuring that HR teams in headquarters, countries and regions align with our overarching goals and objectives, making sure that every project we undertake contributes to our company's success. + In this position, you will ensure that our solutions, including long-term global growth, short assignments, and cross-border transfers, are valued by key stakeholders such as business leaders, assignees, candidates, and HR. + You will be involved in managing the exception process, assessing requests for local solutions, and providing solutions when no global one is available. + Lastly, you will initiate new concepts and ensure global standards are adhered to in our solutions portfolio. This will involve ensuring process and HR standards adherence and leveraging synergies in the development of new solutions. **Requirements** + Bring your at least decade of work experience that includes international experience, global project and team management, coupled with your master’s degree (such as an MBA, MSc) or diploma in HR, Business Administration, Economic Sciences, Tax or other higher education discipline. + Your deep background in international mobility enables you to define the best strategies and company standards, advise businesses, and apply corporate governance. + Lead the way with your strong leadership experience, defining the best global/local target operating models (process, roles, and responsibilities) and leading teams both directly and functionally. + With your ability to master internal/external interfaces, you will help us navigate these complexities. **We value your global perspective and efficiency mindset!** + Influence and convince at the Senior Executive and Board Level with your proven change management capabilities and strong communication skills. **Together, we can shape the future!** + Your critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and consulting experience have led to a proven record of strategic, operational, or tactical recommendations. + You have demonstrated that you can strategize and define global strategies, translating them into operational plans and implement solutions within a global matrix.
