YOUR ROLE Guide team members on the correct use of project tools, methodologies and maintaining a positive team culture Drive knowledge-sharing across your team and cross-functional initiatives to support continous improvement Identify risks and use root-cause analytics to define effective countermeasures Take responsibility in solving problems and escalating them where necessary Analyze project management processes to identify optimzation potential and lead implementation of respective actions Manage individual, complex, cross-regional innovation projects at the operational level Leverage agile methods to streamline project management and give accountability to the team Manage and steer project budgets and costs leveraging cost-benefits analytics Use digital project management tools to support agile project management and facilitate project reporting YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in relevant fields such as: chemistry, chemical engineering, occupational health 10 years of work experience within lab safety, innovation excellence and driving change Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and empower individuals or teams to achieve common goals Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated resilience in handling high-pressure situations A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization Demonstrated ability to strategically navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward Business Proficiency in English, German is a plusAt Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
