Accordingly, our global P&O leadership team has recently set our new P&O Strategy 2030 and is reviewing P&O’s strategic priorities regularly. 
What part will you play? You are the P&O technology partner for P&O Talent & Organization (P&O TO) and are partnering with the organization to drive strategic initiatives that enable our P&O ambitions and ensure continuous improvements leveraging AI and state-of-the-art technology
You understand the business requirements and derive how we can deliver measurable value through our P&O digitalization portfolio. You are driving and continuously reviewing our digitalization strategy derived from business needs with focus on Learning & Skills, Talent development, Succession Planning processes and organizational developmentYou observe market and technology trends and can consult on future impact on processes and portfolio offering
You drive the P&O digitalization roadmap for the successful implementation of the digitalization strategy in collaboration with the digitalization ecosystem and align it with the priorities and needs of our business and expert teams. You ensure planning and executing of the committed initiatives
You measure the impact we create through our portfolio and take data-driven actions
As a leader you will support and enable your team, giving guidance to achieve the strategic and operational goals in a constantly changing and complex environment. You support the personal growth of your team members and foster a culture of trust and empowerment
You will ensure with your team the day to day operation of Learning Management Systems, the Learner Experience Platform, learning reporting system, mobile Apps, the connection to 3rd party content libraries and the interfaces to core systems
You will closely collaborate with relevant internal corporate, regional, and business stakeholders 
You will actively manage our internal and external partners and SaaS providers, to ensure a close collaboration and alignment in the product roadmaps
You are responsible for IT budgets and continuous improvement of the cost efficiency 
You will represent P&O Digitalization inside and outside of the company 
You are part of the P&O Digitalization and P&O TO Leadership team

1. Experience in managing projects from inception to completionKnowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)6. Compliance and risk management:
Ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are metAssessing and managing risks7. Financial Acumen:Managing budgets and ensuring cost-efficiencyUnderstanding financial implications of vendor agreements8. Business Acumen:Understanding of processes and challenges in the area of Talent Management and Learning9. Technical Skills:
Ability to assess system capabilities and compatibility with company systems
Understanding the technical aspects of the products or services 
SaaS (Software as a Service): Knowledge of SaaS models, deployment, and management.
Applied AI and Machine Learning: Knowledge in AI/ML frameworks, data analysis, and experience in steering implementation of AI solutions
Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learner Experience Platforms: Expertise in LMS platforms (e.g., Saba, Blackboard) and enhancing learner experiences a plus
10. Professional Experience:
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in leading positionsExperience in management of P&O IT portfolio with focus on Talent Management and  Learning
