YOUR ROLE Define, manage, and lead the global performance strategy, ensuring alignment with Henkel's overall business strategy and organizational priorities, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability across all levels of the organization Design and manage Henkel's annual performance review cycle, integrating goal-setting practices that ensure consistency and clarity across all levels and regions Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations by implementing globally standardized tools and criteria for assessing employee contributions and potential Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoE) leadership to link performance outcomes with critical HR processes, including compensation, promotions, and development opportunities Continuously improve performance management systems by incorporating employee feedback and emerging best practices to enhance effectiveness globally Leverage performance metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in performance management practices Provide training for managers and employees on effective performance management techniques, fostering a culture of constructive feedback and development Engage with senior leadership and regional teams to ensure alignment on performance expectations and outcomes across the organization YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources in a multi-matrix company, preferably in a global or regional CoE role. Or similar experience from working in an international consultancy in the field of Performance Management Extensive experience in developing and implementing global performance management systems that drive high performance across diverse teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for enhancing performance management practices Proven ability to lead change initiatives focused on enhancing performance culture within organizations Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Passion for innovation, continuously seeking new methods and best practices to improve performance management processes Advanced skills in HR technologies and analytics tools, with strong proficiency in MS Office applications Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
