As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition leadership team, you are responsible for:

Proactive management of the Talent Acquisition supply chain health to include demand planning, resource planning, reallocation of resources for scalability, driving economies of scale. Monitoring all supply chain indicators, alerting stakeholders to changes for early intervention.

Working with global direct reports to ensure that our ways of working are consistent and are relevant both globally and locally. Leading and driving process excellence ensuring that we minimize hand-offs, eliminate duplicative work, provide a seamless and intuitive experience for stakeholders.

Developing and maintaining standard global ways of working including policies & defined processes as needed to support the ways of working.

Conduct predictive analytics and insights, aiding the global delivery teams in problem prevention and opportunities for improvement prior to problems arising. Proactively surfacing performance issues to Talent Acquisition leaders for course correction; Staffing recommendations based on workload type, demand, cost etc.

Oversee data reports and dashboards that enable timely reporting against targets, and support for ad hoc reporting needs which fall outside of the scope of the reporting team. 

Develop and maintain a close working relationship with other departments within Human Resources, representing Talent Acquisition on global projects and initiatives and building solutions to support our Human Resources Partners.

Extensive experience in recruiting operations, recruiting management, analytics, supply chain operations or data sciences.
