Location: Rotterdam, the Netherlands

Salary:  44-64 K gross per year depending on background and experience.

JOB PURPOSE


As the Home Care CSP NRM Analyst – Pack Price Architecture (PPA), you will work closely with the supply chain, marketing and CSP teams across markets and Business Units (BU’s) to advance Home Care’s Pack Price Architecture (PPA) strategy. Your role will involve tracking market progress using the PPA Initiative Tracker, identifying PPA improvement opportunities through NRM Lever 2 analysis, and accelerating key initiatives by providing end-to-end support to overcome market bottlenecks.

You will also play a crucial role in delivering NRM (Net Revenue Management) projects on PPA and mix, collaborating with local Home Care CSP and NRM teams to ensure sustainable, profitable and competitive growth that addresses the diverse needs of our shoppers and drives category growth.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

Support the delivery of the Home Care Pack Price Architecture (PPA) agenda, leveraging Net Revenue Management (NRM).

Conduct market-level NRM analyses within strategic cells to identify gaps in pack price architecture and propose actionable solutions. Develop and share scalable best practices.

Track and analyse pilot outcomes, providing data-driven insights to refine NRM strategies globally.

Monitor market progress on PPA initiatives, supporting teams as needed to close portfolio gaps and drive incremental turnover (iTO) through PPA development.

Execute the PPA agenda in Business Group-led markets, ensuring alignment with Business Group Objectives and Key Results.

Partner with marketing, supply chain, and CBD teams to identify and propose growth opportunities.

Contribute to the rollout of critical NRM tools across key markets and channels.

Support capability-building initiatives for the CSP team, sharing NRM best practices across markets.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE OFFER YOU?

THE QUALITIES WE LOOK FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in customer development, category management, or related functions within FMCG. Specific NRM experience is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

Familiarity with digital tools and a commitment to delivering executional excellence.

A passion for understanding customer and shopper behaviours, with the ability to support impactful commercial initiatives.
