Global HR Compensation Analyst 2 (Timebound)

The purpose of this role is to support essential compensation efforts for several departments requiring senior professional knowledge.

Employees at this level work under minimal supervision, have comprehensive knowledge, and handle complex issues and problems.

This role reports to Senior Manager, Global HR Compensation with frequent partnerships with Human Resource department leaders, teams, and COEs.
