Global HR Shared Services Assistant

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll be part of HR Shared Services Team supporting the Middle East (UAE, KSA & Qatar) HR Team with HR administrative support in Talent Management Process. As HR Assistant you working closely with the Talent Management Manager for BST. The team leads Career Development (CD) for BST, managing daily operations such as performance reviews, compensation, CD meetings, and complex discussions like performance improvement plans and terminations. It provides expert guidance to employees and managers, ensures compliance with company policies, manages risks in performance-related processes, and build strong relationships locally and globally to support employee career development. The role focusing on providing support to the Talent Management-BST team. Areas of support include, but are not limited to: Utilize Workday to extract reports/documents (CD files, Employee Data, LM reports).Conduct probation reviews in Workday, ensuring follow-up with line managersConduct Workday off-cycle maternity/ LOA/ change in role reviews and coordinating communications with Line ManagersSupport in Midyear- and year end process, including conducting tasks on Workday, preparing promotion announcement emails, updating MEHR, and maintaining trackers.Create and maintain folders for new joiners/managers, ensuring access is grantedSupport with providing analysis, reports from Chronus tool which supports our BST- Mentorship programAssist with preparing and formatting documents such as probation extension memos, promotion letters, and salary increase letters.Support in reviewing Job Descriptions ensuring they are aligned with BST CompetenciesSense checking new joiners WD profiles and ensuring is aligned with correct Job Profile and titles are in alignment with our BST title guidelinesWorking on ad hoc administrative support as required
YOU'RE GOOD AT

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a relevant fieldA graduation degreeCareer/Performance Development experience preferableExcellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize, plan, measure and follow upStrong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in EnglishAdvanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAbility to perform successfully in a fast-paced and service-oriented environmentResourcefulness, strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience of working with HRMS (Workday experience is ideal but not essential)Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential

You will support the Talent Management function for Middle East and will be collaborating closely with all Functions and work with multiple stakeholders, from the business support teams.
