WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a motivated individual who has an enthusiasm for Recruitment. In this role, you will be part of the CT team in supporting recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include closely collaborating with the CT team to manage the recruitment database and files, assist in interview planning and coordination, and provide additional administrative support as required. The role focusing on providing support to the Recruitment Management-CT team. Areas of support include, but are not limited to: Providing CT recruiting administrative support across the team, scheduling calls and interviews internally and with recruitment agencies, keeping track of evaluation forms, etc. Generating emails to candidates (acknowledgment, invitation, rejection, confirmation of interviews) Managing the ME Recruiting Inbox (e.g., handling inquiries from CT candidates) Supporting with Requisitions for CT. The goal is to have some precious help in filtering clear rejections, “moving” candidates to the appropriate Requisition (country, cohort), providing a pre-screened pipeline to the Recruiters Managing and updating the job description library for CT, ensuring all hiring managers are using the correct templates Assisting in screening candidate resumes upon request Assisting with drafting offer letter when requested, following the Recruiter's instructions Managing Offers for CT in iCIMS
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure with amazing attention to details Have a strong sense of Customer Service and respond to requests in a timely manner Have strong written and verbal communication skills and you are experienced in working with multiple dispersed stakeholders of varying seniority. Working within a team but also able to work autonomously Able to manage competing priorities and adapt in ambiguous situations You have a passion for people and people development with high integrity, tact, a positive attitude and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality You are autonomous, able to tolerate ambiguity and self-motivated. You have strong self-starter skills and like to “gets things done” You like working with virtual teams, and ambiguity and have the ability to multi-task on different projects under tight timeframes You feel comfortable in both working in detail and understanding the big picture You are a strong administrator, structured and organize with intense workload
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in a relevant field A graduation degree Career/Performance Development experience preferable Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize, plan, measure and follow up Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English Advanced level computer skills; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment Resourcefulness, strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience of working with HRMS (Workday experience is ideal but not essential) Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
