Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for Global HR Trainee, who enjoys working in a global setting and meeting diverse people. The best person for this role has systematic approach, ability to react to changing situations and have solution-oriented mindset. This position is part-time, 2-3 days per week (70 hours per month), starting in April 2025, continuing as agreed. You will learn and gain experience from both operational and the strategic HR processes. As a part of our global team, you work independently from the start on tasks assigned to you and at the same time use your freedom to advance the team with your fresh ideas. Your job description will include a lot of data analytics, ensuring data accuracy and compiling presentations. In addition to the mentioned tasks, you will learn how to successfully implement processes and communicate fluently with managers on various employment and HR issues. You will be an important part of our global team, supported by an energetic and fun-loving team of HR Business Partners. You will report to Global HR Manager; Lisa Gustavsson, located in Sweden.This position is located in Helsinki, Finland. The work model for the role is hybrid: #LI-hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:• Delivering HR data administration tasks for the Global HR team in alignment with current ongoing projects• Providing support to the global team related to planning or monitoring of new or ongoing projects and tasks.• Assisting with HR projects.• Compiling data and making analysis. Communicating findings with HR and Business teams through presentations or meetings.

Qualifications for the role

You are studying a university degree from Economics, Business Administration or Organizational Psychology / Psychology. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. A genuine interest in developing a career in HR. Strong analytical mindset and ability bring insights from data and ability to visualize data. Be confident about gathering facts and enjoy working with excel and Power BI. Fluency in English language.
