**Job Description:**
**Position Summary:**
The Global HRIS Leader will be responsible for leading the HRIS function at Broadcom, ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem. This role will work closely with HR leaders, IT, and business partners to leverage HR systems to support the company's global workforce strategies, enhance operational efficiency, and improve employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of HR expertise, technical acumen, and leadership skills to lead Broadcom’s HR technology infrastructure. This role reports to the head of HR for Broadcom.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **HRIS Strategy & Leadership**
+ Lead the strategy and execution of Broadcom's HRIS function, aligning systems and tools with the company’s business needs and HR vision.
+ Manage the full lifecycle of HR systems from planning and configuration to ongoing support and optimization.
+ Drive continuous improvement efforts in HR technology to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and ensure scalability.
+ Partner with the HR leadership team to define and prioritize HR technology needs, contributing to the overall HR strategy.
+ **System Optimization & Integration**
+ Oversee system enhancements and upgrades to ensure HR systems are aligned with evolving business requirements and industry best practices.
+ Collaborate with IT and other business units to ensure the seamless integration of HRIS with other enterprise systems.
+ Ensure system reliability, performance, and security, and lead efforts to improve data accessibility and reporting.
+ **Data Governance & Analytics**
+ Partner with HR Operations to drive the creation and execution of data governance policies to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and privacy in compliance with global regulations.
+ Partner with HR Analytics to develop and deliver ad-hoc and regular reporting to HR leadership, senior executives, and business partners.
+ **Team Leadership & Development**
+ Manage and mentor a team of HRIS professionals, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
+ Leverage a highly outsourced support model to ensure high quality outcomes.
+ Build strong relationships across HR, IT, and other functions to deliver HRIS projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
+ Ensure the HRIS team stays current on emerging HR technologies and industry trends.
+ **Vendor & Project Management**
+ Manage relationships with external HRIS vendors, ensuring effective contract management, vendor performance, and service level agreements.
+ Lead cross-functional HRIS projects, ensuring timely delivery of system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
+ Strong expertise in HRIS platforms, Workday experience preferred, experience with system implementations and integrations.
+ Deep understanding of HR processes and data requirements, including talent management, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
+ Experience with large scale acquisitions and divestitures preferred.
+ Proven experience in project management, including scoping, planning, execution, and vendor management.
+ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making and process improvement.
+ Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, IT teams, and other business units.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
**Additional Job Description:**
**Compensation and Benefits**
The annual base salary range for this position is $138,000 - $220,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
