The HR Shared Services Sr. Manager is responsible for leading a global team responsible for managing employee data and records work. This leader will have the unique opportunity to help define our ways of working within our HRIS and CRM tools. This role calls for close partnership with HR Business Partner colleagues as well as all other HR and business teams. Specific duties will include (but are not limited to): 1) leading a team in resolving issues of varied scope related to employment policies, practices and records, 2) developing innovative and scalable solutions to drive productivity and efficiency, 3) build and maintain quality relationships with internal business partners, 4) monitor and constantly strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes using appropriate KPIs.

The expected salary range for this role is £110,000 - £120,000
