Job Summary:

The Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Professional Services Workday Business Line will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership, driving people strategies and initiatives that align with business goals. This role focuses on supporting a dynamic, client-centric professional services environment, ensuring talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement strategies support both business growth and employee success. The HRBP will operate as a trusted consultant, enabling a high-performance culture within a globally distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Partnership:

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent needs, and organizationaldesign.Drive the adoption of HR best practices to enhance organizational effectiveness.

2. Talent Management:

Lead talent planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.Collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees and design succession plans.Support performance management processes, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and development.

3. Employee Engagement and Culture:

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build an inclusive workplace.Analyze engagement survey results, design action plans, and partner with leaders to enhance employee experience.Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

4. Change Management:

Partner with leadership on organizational transformation and change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions.Develop and implement communication strategies to support change efforts and employee alignment.

5. HR Operations and Compliance:

Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations.Manage HR-related metrics, reporting, and analytics to guide decision-making.Partner with Total Rewards to align compensation and benefits programs with market standards and business needs.

6. Learning and Development:

Identify skill gaps and collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design training programs.Support leadership development efforts to strengthen management capabilities.

7. Collaboration with Global Teams:

Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver tailored HR solutions.Partner with global HR teams to align initiatives across geographies while addressing local nuances.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a global HRBP role.Experience in professional services or technology sectors, with familiarity with Workday or similar platforms.Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and HR compliance in a global setting.Demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Preferred Skills:

Certification in HRProficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms.Experience managing remote and geographically dispersed teams.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and develop actionable insights.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

82,000 USD

Maximum :

130,100 USD
