Description and Requirements Job Description:Manage and oversee the daily operations of Global Infrastructure finance related activitiesMonitor and analyze financial data and continue upgrading financial models for decision supportDevelop and implement financial controls and processesPrepare monthly financial reports including budgets, forecasts, and performance reviewEnsure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirementsAdvise on short and long-term business and financial planningReview financial data and prepare monthly and annual reportsPresent financial reports to stakeholders, executives, and monthly review in formal meetingsWork with stakeholders and finance users to define the requirement and then explain the system solution, and translate into system requirementsCollect Business needs and working with other Key Contributors, identifying the issue and solving the problemsActively contribute to the Finance planning tool and processes (Global & local) project (definitions of needs, functional design…)Highlight risks and opportunities, and work with BU's MD & the Finance Head to formulate strategies and plans to meet business targetPartner with business unit teams on all aspects of business analysis (financial, scenario planning, business cases)Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in Cloud industryStrong understanding of IT and Hardware business principles and practicesSuperior attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilitiesExcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsAbility to strategize and solve problemsProficient user of finance software such as SAP, BWA solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principlesWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulationsBS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or EconomicsProfessional qualification such as CFA/CPA/ACCA or similar is considered a plus Additional Locations:  * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing） * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing）
