The installation team is an ambassador of Philips ensuring that all customers are satisfied while meeting or exceeding our business targets.
You are responsible for
Mechanical and electrical installation of the systems.
Follow up on defect or missing parts by providing a detailed investigation and problem description to ensure proper internal follow up and prevention.
Keeping track on the installation progress on a daily basis and report accordingly towards the internal stakeholders.
Handling complaints (safety and non-safety related) and escalations to ensure accurate and timely analysis and registration.
Accurately documenting installation records.
Capturing solutions to allow for knowledge sharing.
Working independently on the systems and solutions within.
Power on, calibration and adjustment of the systems against the system requirements.
Managing and dealing with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties involved.
Ensuring cost, quality and lead time of the installations remain within targets.
Escalate process related as well as technical related issues to ensure prompt follow up.
The works executed by the Philips or 3rd party second installer are to be checked and controlled.
Contributing to mid-scale improvement projects.
You are a part of
The Global Installation Management team consists of a highly motivated group of people with a huge variety in nationalities and backgrounds working all together to drive the installation performance through continuous improvement on cost, quality and delivery.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Preferred MBO4/Bachelor degree in Electrical, mechanical or medical engineer or relevant fields.
Team player and able to operate with customer first mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experience.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Ability to create structure in unknown environment.
Ability to articulate procedures, processes and information to others.
Accurate and tenacious.
Deliver on commitment (working to plan).
Immune to stress and a hands-on mentality.
Affinity with abstract and practical problem solving.
Excellent English level in word and writing and preferably Dutch as well.
A valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel worldwide and work abroad for at least 99 days a year.
Some experience with project management is a pre.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an on site role 5 days a week which is non negotiable.
