Your future tasks will be…
On a daily basis:
To manage the Group Insurance function, to oversee the day-to-day management of all lines of Insurance, liaising with specialist advisers, risk management functions, country managers and heads of departments to ensure that Group Insurances are reviewed, updated and renewed at correct timelines as per agreed risk levels and set policies at best price and correct cover Autonomous day to day running of Insurance responsibilities, bid management and legal queries and direct Broker liaison for information gathering and correct submissions Demonstrable track record of strong commercial negotiation skills to reduce operating costs Management of 1 direct administration function direct report. Negotiate with insurance brokers and carriers to secure the best coverage at the most cost-effective price. Stay up to date on global insurance trends and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance. Manage claims process, ensuring timely and fair resolution. Develop and implement risk management strategies. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
You are the ideal candidate if...
You have Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance management, preferably on a global scale. You are fluent in English. You are able to work autonomously and influence both senior and junior stakeholders across the business. You are qualified / member of the CII. You have strong leadership skills with experience managing a team. You have excellent negotiation and communication skills. You have a strong understanding of global insurance markets and regulations.
