Baird, an independent and employee-owned financial services firm, is seeking female student applications for its 2025 Baird Women In Banking event. The event, scheduled for 8 May 2025, will be a part of a broader workshop that provides students with an opportunity to work alongside experienced investment bankers to gain real-life experience developing an M&A pitch.

Selected female students will be invited to spend the day working alongside Baird M&A bankers, putting financial analysis and valuation skills to practice with a real-life M&A pitch. Further, the day will feature speeches from successful female Baird bankers providing first-hand experience, followed by a networking event. The event will take place from 10:00 to 21:00 CET at our Frankfurt office.

In addition, participating students will have the opportunity to:

Experience the fast-paced world of mergers & acquisitions;Learn about career paths and challenges faced from junior and experienced female Baird bankers;Work alongside other bright students from universities across Europe; andLearn more about Baird, a leading, global investment bank focused on the middle market.
