Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to successfully develop and implement security measures for ABB in your area of responsibility. Each day, you will protect ABB from rapidly escalating threats. You will also showcase your expertise by staying vigilant in combating security threats, taking charge of the organization’s cybersecurity, and keeping track of existing security infrastructure to ensure systems that protect vital information are secured. The work model for the role is#LI #OnsiteThis role is contributing to the IS Services in India or Globally. You will be mainly accountable for:• Leader of the IAM function catering to Identity and Access management needs across ABB for internal consumers as well as customers of ABB• Owner of IAM processes globally and accountable of successful global rollout of core IS IAM processes• Responsible for marketing and positioning IAM capabilities to stakeholders• Accountable for driving IAM organizational change management and communication activities• Thought leader for IAM technology design and implementation.• Defines, in close consultation with the business areas, countries, and regions, an appropriate organizational structure to support the execution of the business's strategies, aligned with the corporate goals, imperatives, and guidelines. • Establishes, maintains, and communicates the organization’s strategy for managing information and the policies, standards, procedures, and methods necessary to implement the strategy in the department of responsibility. • Accountable for the delivery of capabilities, solutions, and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technology solutions. • Responsible and/or accountable for the definition, maintenance, and implementation of specific frameworks, processes, and models for their own area of responsibility and the management of the lifecycles of all managed assets. • Defines global function Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sets benchmark key objectives and targets, and delivers results to ABB Group management and external stakeholders. • Ensures that the performance of the function is regularly reported and audited. • Defines metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented technologies and channels, sets continuous improvement on customer and consumer experiences, and ensures technology-driven value creation in business. • Executes sustainable maintenance of services, solutions, and/or applications by leading cross-functional global teams, establishing strong vendor partnerships, and comprehensive stakeholder management.

Qualifications for the role

Overall experience of 20plus years with 10years of leadership experience. Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT Discipline Identity and Access Management (IAM) product expertise CISSP, CISM ITIL Foundation
