What You'll Do

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the Microsoft tenant that powers critical Client Team applications, including pipeline management, costing & investment tracking, and relationship management. This high-visibility role ensures the stability, security, and performance of these business-critical systems while driving best practices for native platform usage and governance.

 

You will:

Administer and maintain the Microsoft tenant, ensuring seamless system performance, security, and compliance for Client Team applications.Manage release cycles and platform updates, ensuring business-critical services remain stable and aligned with operational needs.Work closely with the Power Apps Platform Center of Excellence (COE) to align best practices, governance, and platform standards.Ensure smooth collaboration across Chapter Leads, coordinating efforts to maintain consistency and efficiency in system management.Manage the EY vendor relationship, overseeing their developer resources and ensuring alignment with internal guidelines.Guide teams toward native functionality within Power Platform and Dynamics 365, minimizing unnecessary customizations and reducing long-term technical debt.Oversee system configurations, integrations, and access controls, ensuring alignment with security policies and business requirements.Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues proactively, minimizing downtime and ensuring high availability.Support user provisioning and access management, maintaining a structured approach to role-based access control (RBAC).Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards across all managed systems.Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation, and optimize system performance.

YOU’RE GOOD AT

Managing enterprise-scale Microsoft tenants, ensuring security, stability, and compliance.Coordinating across teams, working with Chapter Leads and COEs to align platform standards and best practices.Handling platform releases and system updates with minimal disruption to business-critical applications.Overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring external developers align with internal guidelines.Encouraging native platform adoption, guiding teams to leverage Power Platform and Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box capabilities over custom-built solutions.Diagnosing and resolving system issues quickly, ensuring high availability and reliability.Ensuring governance and security policies are upheld, particularly in highly regulated environments.

What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in Microsoft tenant administration, system administration, or IT operations in a large enterprise.Expertise in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure Active Directory.Experience managing high-visibility, business-critical applications, ideally in a global or consulting firm environment.Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in enterprise IT environments.Experience managing vendors and external development teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.Experience with release management and change control in a structured IT setting.Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps) for system administration tasks is a plus.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, ensuring system stability and reliability.
