You will join our team responsible for developing, supporting, and enhancing ITSM applications on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will focus on scripting, configuration, and integration across a wide range of ServiceNow applications and plugins to improve ITSM solutions, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and more. You will also help deploy new functionality, including new workspaces, predictive intelligence, performance analytics, UI builder, and other emerging ServiceNow capabilities.
As a platform engineer, you will work with a high-performing team of engineers, administrators, and architects. You’ll participate in our agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with the product owner, scrum lead, and analysts to prioritize and deliver work each sprint. Your main focus will be on development, but you will also contribute to solution design, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and support activities that ensure the continued success of the platform.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
6+ years of experience developing ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform Subject matter expertise and hands-on experience with ITSM applications Preferred: ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist Proficiency in JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, reporting, dashboards, access control, performance analytics, and workspaces Experience desiging and implementing REST APIs is a plus

You will work within a cross-functional agile team of engineers, architects, and analysts. You will collaborate closely with the product owner and scrum lead, contributing to solution design and prioritizing tasks for each sprint. You will report to the ServiceNow Chapter Lead and have opportunities to influence the broader platform strategy. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure solutions meet the needs of various teams and functions.
