What You'll Do

As a Coupa Platform Engineer, you will:

Collaborate closely with Procurement and Finance stakeholders to:Elicit business and non-functional requirements.Conduct gap analyses and feasibility checks.Develop detailed specifications and end-user documentation.Configure and optimize Coupa platform changes, ensuring alignment with business needs.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Provide L3-level support, addressing complex technical challenges, performing root cause analyses, and driving resolution.Support end-users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and transferring knowledge to the operations team.

What You'll Bring

A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.4-6 years of relevant experience in Coupa platform administration and engineering.Certification in Coupa platform administration is highly desirable.Proficiency in:Coupa modules (P2P, SIM, CLM, etc.).Supplier and third-party management software.Microsoft Excel and Word.Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English (spoken and written).Experience with:Procurement and SAP Accounts Payable (SAP S/4HANA is preferred).Integration platforms like Mulesoft and Cloud tools.Flexibility to adapt to business needs and work across time zones.

You will collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team of global agile professionals representing Procurement, Finance, IT, and Change Management. Additionally, you will support BCG users, suppliers, and business partners, driving impactful solutions for the organization.
