What we are looking for
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Global Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, global IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within multinational organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Global Project Coordination: Coordinate with diverse teams across multiple geographical locations to ensure effective collaboration and alignment. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors, business owners, and technical teams. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impact. Change Management: Effectively manage change within the organization, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes. Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery. Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources (human, financial, and technical) to optimize performance. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards.
What you'll need
7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on global projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects within multinational organizations. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
