he People Digital Product Portfolio is the largest & most dynamic product portfolio within BCG’s Digital Products Organization. We enable the global technology for BCG’s entire People Function including Recruiting; Talent Management (Staffing, Mobility, & Career Development); L&D; and Core HR (including Workday, Compensation, Benefits). Over the past two years, the People Digital Product Portfolio has more than doubled in size, and there is more growth to come.
With this growth comes new opportunities, including the quality engineer role in a Compensation squad focused on delivering our annual bonuses. This role will be part of a larger HR transformation project to develop our compensation and benefits digital capabilities. Long-term, this role will be part of a growing suite of compensation data products focused on enabling our People functions.
Global IT Quality Engineer Senior Specialist will be responsible for understanding and building expertise on HR Application(s) functionality. The main responsibilities for this position are to design, create, execute and update test cases; log defects with proper documentation; plan and prioritize daily test execution and to provide help in making and adhering to testing related processes.
Understand business requirement and scenariosCreate and execute manual test cases and automate the same for regression testing.Should be flexible to work on Manual/Functional testing as and when requiredCollaborate with Development Team, Business Analysts and Service owners to achieve business objectives.Act as a QA contact for respective application(s) for providing testing supportDevelop detail functional understanding of the Application(s)Work with the various Development functions to track, manage and help implement application changes either in the form of support fixes or system improvements / enhancements.Responsible for determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specificationsWhat You'll Bring
