An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with. **How you’ll spend your day** + Stakeholder management + Work with solutions architects and other stakeholders to identify security issues and define suitable mitigation controls + Work with all teams to provide advice and guidance on information security roadmaps and best practice frameworks + Provide feedback and consultancy on IT security related inquiries to country IT or country business + IT security and general IT projects + Define security requirements and direction for various On-Premise and in the Cloud IT projects + Security oversight on projects from start to end + Lead IT security projects + Oversee several projects and provide periodic management updates + Identify barriers and overcome them + Participate in enterprise grade solution selection RFP's processes with global vendors providing security requirements + Define security Policies, Standards, and Processes + Brainstorm with teammates and colleagues to provide most suitable security guidance + Drive Penetration Testing activities and conduct mitigation follow-ups + Work with technical teams to define guidelines for secure development + Work with IT Operations teams to implement security policies and operational capabilities ensuring technical solutions map to contractual, audited, and legislative standards and requirements + Manage Professional Service consultants (as required) work and be accountable for the quality and timelines of their work **Your experience and qualifications** + Bachelor or Master’s Degree in computer science, mathematics or other computer-related field of study + 5 years experience acting as security expert in IT projects (Cloud and in On-Premise) + Experience leading global enterprise-scale security projects + Experience providing security guidance based on enterprise security standards and policies + Experience as solution architect or senior IT engineer in global enterprises with security orientation + Strong familiarity with OWASP Top 10, Common Criteria, and other security frameworks and standards is preferred + Certificates like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, etc. are an advantage + Strong project management skills + Self-learner with strong researching capabilities + Good interpersonally traits **Work model** Hybrid **Already Working @TEVA?** If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
