What You'll Do

As Global IT Senior Infrastructure Developer, you will be responsible for development and technical support of BCG's new GenAI case team assistant. You will work with a team of internal and external developers, product owners, solution architects and scrum masters to deliver on the roadmap. You will be expected to be hands-on with latest development technologies, and bring innovative ways to execute faster delivery for global BCG users. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated development practices, and the creation of quality products are essential.     

What You'll Bring

Education BTech/MCA with 5+ years of experience in the development of business applications in a commercial IT setting, or in consulting Experience developing multi-tenant applications (SaaS project) and multi-user M:M broadcast/pubsub/event streaming servicesExperience with multi-user tiered permission/access structures and data sharing permissionsExpertise in cloud security concepts (IAM, access control)Expertise in Advanced Terraform (modules and templates) for infrastructure as code automation Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version controlExperience with AWS, particularly EKS, serverless, queue & various databasesSolid knowledge of Kubernetes + EKS, GitOps and FinOps principles, Cloud architecture and systems design principles, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc.) like VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and load balancing, TLS and SSL Solid git knowledge (tag, version, rebase)Experience building a user-facing GenAI/LLM software application Knowledge on Helm Optimizes cloud resources for better performance AWS Managed Services (RDS, Batch, Lambda, Fargate, Step Functions, SQS/SNS, etc.) FastAPI and NextJS experience (if we're still using the latter) Websockets, Server-Side Events, Pub/Sub (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)You are extremely skilled at: Leading and mentoring a development team Experience with agile methodologiesStrong aptitude to work in a global and remote environmentStrong communication skills with squad leaders and within the squad itselfProblem solving and critical thinking
