WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be primarily responsible for quality assurance activities for digital products which support our Source to Pay (S2P) function, focusing on Supplier Onboarding, Buying and invoicing. Product focus will be the Coupa platform but will also extend to SAP S/4 Hana, APIs, plus other custom and purchased tools serving the needs of BCG’s Finance organization. You will work closely with your agile squad team members to understand business and non-functional requirements, create, and execute test cases, and track defects. You will also provide knowledge transfer to the operations team.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
Should have strong knowledge of manual testing Various types of testing – Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing Strive to scale-up test coverage using automation Experience with automation tools such as Selenium & Test Complete Experience with POM , TestNG & Allure reporting Good command over JAVA & OOPS concepts Experience with Agile methodology Knowledge of JIRA & Zephyr Understanding of Automation test life cycle Hands-on Experience in writing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Execution and Defect reporting Able to design low level test cases from high level test cases with guidance Able to update test results while test execution as per timelines Able to execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect Possess knowledge of at least one defect management tool Possess understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Testing Life Cycle Possess knowledge of Testing Artifacts, Testing Deliverables Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate with multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and managers Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Experience in working onshore-offshore model is preferred
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting or Finance  Minimum of 5 years of experience in  Writing test scenarios, test cases, test execution and defect reporting Various types of testing – functional testing, system testing, integration testing and regression testing Using Test management Tool such as Zephyr is preferred Using test automation suites such as Smart Bear – TestComplete, Selenium, UFT, etc., plus experience writing automated end-to-end tests (preferred) Established knowledge of finance/accounting processes Experience creating testing artifacts and testing deliverables Experience with test script automation is preferred Experience in working with distributed web development teams in an agile context
