THE JOURNEY

Establish new relationships with Global Retailers ensuring the development of the category in AFICA and ECA regions; Define strategic growth plans, along our local teams that will guarantee marriages for life with our Top Partners; Coordinate the Strategy that best fits our ambition with Operations, Integrations or Catman teams, to support and enable our Local Teams to better manage our Top Accounts; Master your knowledge of our main growth levers and share best practices across countries; Assist our local teams in escalating issues that cannot be solved at a local level, usually related to IT; Develop Global tools that can have a significant impact on our Top Partners in many countries, always backed up by data.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

>2yr experience in fast-paced environments (startups, top consulting firms, top internet firms, FMCG, retailers); >1yr experience as an account manager or in a similar role Experience in understanding FMCG, retail and/or e-commerce business, as well as revenue/growth dynamics and drivers; Commercial skills: you know how to negotiate and build your way into a super deal with big retail players; Influencing skills: you can be a true project leader in multidisciplinary teams; A natural bias for action: you love to build a business from scratch. You are objective and deadline-oriented; A data-driven mentality: you make decisions based on data and you are not afraid of making business judgments when necessary; A problem-solving mindset: you enjoy finding smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems; Proficiency in English. French, Polish or Ukranian knowledge is a plus.
