DuPont Semiconductor Technologies has an opening for a Global Key Account Director in the Advanced Cleans & Slurry Technologies (ACST) business. DuPont ACST, a leader in the wet fabrication solutions for semiconductor industry, develops cleaning solutions and slurries for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). While offering top-quality solutions for post-etch & post-CMP cleans and CMP slurries, DuPont ACST is actively advancing projects on selective etchants and EUV related cleaning technologies.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Global Key account Director to lead and manage the global relationship with one of our most strategic customers (“Customer”) in the semiconductor industry. This role focuses on leading global account team to drive strategic collaborations and interact directly with the Customer to share the vision for the future of semiconductor industry and develop compelling solutions to meet the Customer’s needs. It involves managing the day-to-day technical and sales engagement with this Customer and working closely with ACST’s cross-functional global teams to ensure alignment with the Customers’ requirements and roadmap, advancing continued business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the semiconductor industry and a proven track record of managing large, complex accounts on a global scale. With a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, the Global Key Account Direct will connect customers’ unmet needs with DuPont’s offerings in cleans, slurries and etchants products to create mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and DuPont.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a long-term, growth and retention strategy that address Customers’ global needs with DuPont’s cleans, slurries and etchants products and ensure overall alignment with business objectives.Lead, coach and mentor a global team of ACST Key Account Managers in Asia, North America, and Europe to execute on the global account strategy.Champion advocacy for the Customers globally, ensuring their needs are effectively represented within DuPont, and delivering sustainable business growth.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationship across various levels and functions within the Customer’s organization including Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality.Act as the central point of contact for the Customer, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues across different regions.Acquire in-depth knowledge of DuPont’s cleans, slurries and etchants products and stay current with technological advancements.Travel regularly to customer sites to understand customers’ unmet needs and industry situations.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in science and engineering, preferably in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.Minimum 15 years of technical, commercial experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in wet cleans, wet etchants, or CMP slurries.Proven experience managing global accounts, coupled with a passion for understanding customer’ business and developing long-term, value-added solutions.Willingness to travel both within Taiwan and globally (up to 50%).Team player who can work effectively in a virtual team environment and drive for results in close collaboration with other functions and teams.Exceptional relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders to create mutual value.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
