YOUR ROLE Global responsibility to manage GKA and achieve long term financial and strategic ambition & short-term targets.Build managing strategy to achieve sustainable growth in the account. Responsibilities
Defines and executes global / regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP).
Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives.
Translates customer’s strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap.
Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling.
Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors.
Implements new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts.
Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy.
Collaboration, coordination with internal site owners to identify, develop, manage opportunities, projects across all sites.
Internal stakeholders mgmt. such as /including monthly GKA reviews.
Base business management, new business development for both maintenance and growth.
Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations.
Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy.
Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC.
Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business.
Responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.

Define and drive Global Key Account penetration strategy and plan. 20%
Exceed financial goals and KSIs. 30%
Build customer relationships including top to top relationship and connections. 20%
GKA value chain and full potential mapping, drive long term sustainable pipeline. 20%
Managing crisis in key account operation. 10% YOUR SKILLS Bachelor/master’s in science or business degree.
More than 8 years working experience in MNCs.
Excellent Chinese & English.
