WHAT YOU'LL DO

The learning and development experience is designed to prepare our consultants for their current roles and the next level of challenges in their career progression. It is delivered through a combination of live (local, regional, and worldwide) and distance learning offerings (e-learning and virtual classrooms). The Global Learning & Development (L&D) Team (NDE) is overseeing and managing the participant pools of worldwide, regional training programs, as well as supporting the planning, preparation, execution of various L&D programs and campaigns, including calendar scheduling, program hosting, material preparation, and program and cost analysis. The Global L&D Team is a dynamic group, constantly required to evolve with the needs of the business. This means that roles are flexible and vary depending on global priorities. The duties of this role will change in the same way but the initial allocations and focus of the role are likely to be as follows. WHAT YOU WILL DO Stakeholder Partnership & Matrix Collaboration: Effectively engage with stakeholders in a matrix environment to build strong partnerships and drive alignment toward shared goals. Participant Management & Engagement: Oversee end-to-end participant management, from registration to attendance, including managing communication, cancellations, and logistical queries throughout the learning program. Virtual Event Hosting: Host and produce virtual live sessions, ensuring smooth execution by welcoming participants, introducing presenters, and closing sessions professionally. Performance Tracking & Improvement: Monitor attendance, gather and analyze feedback, identify areas for improvement, and escalate issues where necessary. Data Management & Analysis: Maintain and optimize the training management database (e.g., SABA), tracking participation, cancellations, and attendance to enhance engagement rates. Provide data-driven insights to support program improvement. Survey & Feedback Analysis: Manage pre-event and post-event survey processes, from creation to data collection, and prepare comprehensive feedback reports for continuous program enhancement. Reporting & Analysis: Conduct analysis in partnership with the programs leads on learning journey completions and program metrics, driving data-driven conversations and proposing operational improvements. Process Optimization: Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing processes, procedures, and activities to enhance operational efficiency. Database Maintenance & Communications: Manage the training database by updating participant and presenter statuses, ensuring accurate records. Coordinate communication with participants and presenters, including detailed briefings on content and logistics.

Demonstrates strong teamwork skills by working cooperatively with colleagues, consistently displaying a high level of motivation, enthusiasm, and commitment to shared goals. Familiarity with communication tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, is advantageous. Proficient in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies related to Learning and Development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred. Capable of developing presentations, creating tables, and producing graphs in PowerPoint to support regular reporting and insights. Strong command of written and verbal English communication, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally in both formats. Possesses excellent analytical skills, with proven ability to work with complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and present information tailored to the specific needs of various audiences. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, consistently ensuring the quality of work through rigorous double-checking and cross-verification. Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, effectively planning and prioritizing tasks to meet and exceed deadlines. Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency, consistently responding to queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and resolution. Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity, ensuring all Boston Consulting Group (BCG) information is handled securely and responsibly.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in Learning & Development operations or a similar administrative role, preferably within a global or matrix environment. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in developing and maintaining global learning programs across diverse teams. Knowledge of industry best practices in learning technologies, virtual training tools, and digital content delivery.

A passionate and dedicated Learning & Development team, who are currently spread across the globe. You will be part of the operations team that oversees the overall orchestration of global programs and learning journeys. As a complex matrix structured organization, you may also work with L&D teams in our local systems across our regions as well as with counterparts and colleagues in the Regional L&D teams. You will establish strong relationships across our people functions and beyond to successfully learn, educate and influence others.
