Global Lead, Supplier Performance Management

As a Global Lead, Supplier Performance Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the supplier performance management process within our organization supporting Amazon’s Global Real Estate & Facilities account.  This is a critical leadership position reporting directly to JLL’s Global Sourcing Lead.  You will play a critical role in ensuring that our supplier performance management program is effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives across all regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supplier management principles, excellent process management skills, and a keen eye for continuous improvement opportunities. 

In-office requirement effective January 1, 2025 5 days/week in one of the following cities where we have office locations: Seattle, Culver City, Dallas, Houston, New York, Chicago

Responsibilities:

Process Development and Implementation:

Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier performance management process aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.Define clear guidelines, procedures, and tools for supplier performance evaluation and measurement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent adherence to the supplier performance management process across the organization.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, operations, and quality management, to align their requirements with supplier performance objectives.Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of supplier performance management expectations and outcomes.Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on using the supplier performance management process effectively.Proactively identify and address potential supplier performance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing supplier relationships and identify opportunities to optimize supplier performance and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Continuous Improvement:

Regularly review and evaluate the effectiveness of the supplier performance management process.Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize the process and drive operational excellence.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices in supplier performance management to incorporate relevant improvements.

Training and Education:

Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate stakeholders on the supplier performance management process, metrics, and tools.Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective implementation of the process.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.5+ years of proven experience in supplier performance management and process management, preferably within a procurement or supply chain function.Strong understanding of supplier management principles, performance metrics, and best practices.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.Proficient in using supplier management software and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives and implement process changes effectively.Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

112,600.00 – 163,300.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
