We are seeking a Global Leader of Maintenance, Facilities, and MRO to lead all aspects of the M&F and MRO programs and initiatives to ensure the Companies Assets are optimized, properly cared for, and tools and parts are available when needed. This role will be responsible for leading all aspects of M&F and MRO excellence programs globally across Stanley Black and Deckers ~400 location portfolio, strategy development, inventory strategies, maintaining and improving processes, driving annual cost savings, implementing tools for the company to drive towards world class in M&F, MRO, and leading and supporting other operational improvement initiatives. Reporting into the VP of Engineering and Property Services, this hybrid role will play a critical role in developing standards, process and governance while delivering a strategy that takes the companies operating portfolio to admired class of asset health. Also, optimizing maintenance equipment availability across the enterprise through the measuring, implementation, and driving change in M&F and MRO in conjunction with GSM. You’ll get to: + Lead the development and work with all appropriate stakeholders on the roll out of a maintenance maturity model that takes the companies operating portfolio from current state to aspirational state of Asset Health by industry standards + Lead the optimization of spend, services levels and supplier base of the MRO category globally, currently sized at $350M annually + Standardize equipment and equipment standards for facility related infrastructure and services. + Responsible for compliance with SBD engineering, safety standards and regulatory code compliance for the facilities staff and contractors. + Develops, Manages and Monitor compliance with M&F and MRO policies and procedures + Review M&F and MRO opportunities across the enterprise and work with GSM Team to reduce cost. + Implement a centralized approach to re-design M&F and MRO activities whereby we drive, implement, and develop the plant M&F and MRO leaders. + Lead the continued development of an e-Asset marketplace whereby operation leaders go to post underutilized /idle equipment and seek equipment needs globally. + Lead multi-site projects that will develop, implement, monitor, and improve effective M&F and MRO performance. + Generates, reviews, and continuously improves current practices by the way of SOPs, check lists, and inventory levels with the support of suppliers’ analytics. + Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and reliability personnel to drive cost reductions. + Participate in reviews to optimized asset usage across sites and make suggestions. + Develop and maintain strategic relationships with leadership and functional stakeholders to ensure that services are aligned with business requirements. + Responsible for the interface with managers of key contract partners to ensure appropriate governance, service performance and delivery meet expectations. + Ensure that compliance requirements and risks associated with Real Estate and Facilities service delivery at a site or regional level and appropriately managed and/or mitigated and continuous improvements are made to site environmental sustainability + Develop a stakeholder engagement plan and work with regional Workplace Transformation colleagues to ensure a joined-up approach to engaging senior business leads above site level so they are bought into and sponsor the migration of sites to the new program. This stakeholder engaging plan needs to partner with internal business functions (such as HR, Finance, Procurement, EHS IT, Operations) and work with existing channels of communications so wider business stakeholders are aware of the planned changes and have an opportunity to engage where appropriate. **The Person:** You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
