About the role
As a Learning Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in our HR Services team, supporting the global Learning and Development Center of Excellence (L&D COE). You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and effective delivery of our global and functional learning initiatives. Your main responsibilities include the coordination, administration, and logistics of our global L&D portfolio (including leadership and power skills development, global onboarding, language and compliance training), participants management and training facilitator support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include
Coordinate and oversee the logistics and administrative aspects of L&D programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, equipment setup, and material preparation. Actively manage participant’s logistics end-to-end - from nomination, visa requests, registration and communication to attendance tracking, certification, post-event feedback collection and reporting. Support the delivery and rollout of key L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and participants’ needs. Collaborate and communicate with L&D COE, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution of learning programs. Maintain and update L&D records, databases, learning management systems (LMS), training materials and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide administrative support for L&D, including liaising with providers, tracking learning progress, and managing budgets and invoices (e.g. for leadership development, language training, Global Onboarding). Assist in the coordination and delivery of Global Onboarding Days, contributing to a positive and informative onboarding experience for new hires. Resolve logistical or administrative issues and support tickets, offering solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of L&D programs. About you
Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business, Economics or similar Fluent in English – verbal and written Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy Proactive problem-solving and adaptability Proficiency in learning management system administration (LMS) and Google Workspace Experience in event coordination or training program logistics is highly desirable Genuine & trustworthy Agile & entrepreneurial Client-centric & delivery-focused Empowering Inspirational
