What You'll Do

BCG's Global L&D function is undergoing a transformation, and we are ambitious in making change happen in a fast paced and agile environment. To support this transformation, Global Learning Experience Design & Development team seeks to recruit a Global Learning Experience Development Assistant. This person will have a key role in supporting the team in the development process for our online learning offerings. This includes building eLearning modules using industry standard tools, uploading them to BCG's Learning Management System, and other administration tasks within the LMS as well BCG's LXP platform. 

What You'll Bring

Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferred in eLearning content production, multimedia support, or other L&D related activitiesProficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelExperience developing content in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Evolve Authoring or other similar tools)Deep understanding of SCORM packaging standardsExperience in basic level LMS administration preferably Saba CloudExperience in basic level LXP administration preferably EdcastExperience in basic level Prezi development preferredExperience with multimedia production editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Audacity, or other similar software packages) preferred

Who You'll Work With

You'll report to the Global Learning Experience Development Director. You will also work closely with other contributors across the L&D organization.
