As a Global Learning & Leadership Development Coordinator you will provide support, escalation, case analysis and performance tracking to the Global Learning & Leadership Team and Regional Talent & Culture teams.

Accountabilities: 

Manage various tasks and responsibilities for Global development programs, including, but not limited to:

 Smartsheet Program Portal managementProgram nomination management and supportCommunication with participants and vendorsRoster management and integration with Learning Management System (LMS)Vendor invoicing and program participant rechargesCollection and analyzation of program feedbackManage the global Syngenta Group 360 Tool and monthly cyclesLiaise with Regional T&C Leads and HR Business Partners and Leaders to provide program reporting and learning history reporting support as neededAct as Learning Administrator for needs related to LMS and LXPSupport Leadership Academy as neededAssist with other Learning & Leadership Development tasks as requestedProvide real-time program management to ensure positive experiences for all participantsProactively manage the global nomination process to support Regional T&CDefine immediate escalation paths for any issues that ariseEnsure enhanced quality control of learning and leadership dataAlign with Regional T&C Leads and HRBPs to provide integrated program delivery and support

Bachelor’s degree2 years of HR-related experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft applications – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and SharePoint Designer is required.Advanced Excel knowledgeStrong working knowledge of various software and web-based applications such as: Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, Teams and Zoom is strongly preferredExperience working with a learning management system (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) are requiredExperience working with vendors and service managementExperience working with invoice/PO processes (preferred)Experience working in an international environment (preferred)Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects while working under deadlinesDesire to collaborate, challenge, and learnExcellent communication skillsFluent English language knowledge
