By leveraging data-driven insights, this role will help enhance our global marketing efforts, ensuring that our messaging is both relevant and impactful for diverse audience segments.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\nLeverage expertise in email marketing and marketing automation to design comprehensive lifecycle campaigns.\nUtilize effective audience segmentation to deliver tailored content that resonates with diverse customer groups.\nMaintain a strong analytical mindset to monitor campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.\nExercise attention to detail to ensure high-quality campaign execution and messaging consistency.\nFoster strong relationships across departments to align lifecycle marketing initiatives with broader business goals.\n\n\n \nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nExpand your skill set in data analytics and global communication by collaborating across cross-functional teams.\nAccess professional development opportunities through workshops, training, and dedicated career action planning.\nStay ahead of market trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing.\nBecome a subject matter expert, paving the way for potential leadership opportunities within the marketing team.\n\n\n \nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nDevelop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns focused on different stages of the customer journey.\nImplement and optimize marketing automation processes to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.\nCreate targeted segmentation strategies to ensure personalized communication to various customer groups.\nAnalyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to inform ongoing strategy and improvements.\nCollaborate with integrated marketing, field marketing, marketing technology insights and campaign operations teams to align messaging and promote a cohesive brand experience.\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance lifecycle marketing efforts.\n\n\n \nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n\nMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms - Marketo experience/certification is a plus\nStrong project management skills and ability to coordinate and action multiple requests at a given time\nDemonstrable experience in segmentation strategy and customer journey mapping.\nStrong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and experience in performance tracking.\nExcellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns.\nExperience in cross-functional collaboration and communication within a global team.\nA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.\n\n\n \nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n \nOur lifecycle marketing team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to understanding and enhancing the customer experience.
