Summary of Position
The Global Litigation Legal Intern will play a crucial role in supporting various activities within Jabil Legal’s Global Litigation group, with a primary focus on supporting the business in navigating disputes, litigation, and claims . This position offers hands-on experience at the intersection of law and business, providing valuable insights into the operational aspects of a corporate legal department. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in litigation are essential for success in this role.
Intern Duties & Responsibilities
The Global Litigation Legal Intern will be responsible for the following:
Provide support for active litigation projects.Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to Jabil Legal and other functions.Assist in developing training materials for Jabil legal processes.Any additional duties deemed necessary by the Global Litigation team.Assist with (i) drafting of correspondence, settlement agreements, and demand letters, (ii) basic research, and (iii) discovery-related review and drafting tasks.Qualifications
