Global Localization Expert

The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. Within the organization, the Digital team ensures our marketing vision is brought to life across all digital properties by developing a holistic digital strategy spanning paid, campaigns, SEO, resources, customer stories, and content.

We are seeking a Global Localization Expert who will drive Asana's international localization strategy, delivering exceptional local experiences that enhance our global brand impact. In this pivotal role, you'll balance scalability with cultural nuance, working cross-functionally to optimize performance. You will be at the forefront of the incorporating AI into our processes and connectors to support seamless and efficient workflows. As an integral member of our global digital team, you'll play a critical role in shaping how our audience experiences our brand across digital channels. Collaborating with experienced team members in Dublin, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills while creating content that drives meaningful engagement and supports business growth.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

What you’ll achieve

Define and execute strategic roadmap initiatives for global initiatives Create high-impact digital experiences for global markets Champion industry advancements and AI automation Lead market prioritization and resource allocation efforts Manage the relationship with our Translation Service Provider, supporting the growth and evolution of the tech stack for seamless localization delivery in all Digital platforms.  Streamline content intake and delivery workflows, often creating processes from scratch Analyze performance metrics to improve global engagement

About you

5+ years of experience in localization, global digital strategy, or international marketing. Proven track record driving measurable global initiatives Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with localization platforms and technology (Translation Management Systems and AI technology implementation) Familiarity with marketing technology stack (Contentful, SkillJar, Iterable, Marketo, Salesforce) and API connections Excellent project management abilities Deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 9,083 - 11,167 PLN gross per month (subject to all taxes and necessary deductions). The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity and sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
