And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. **We are looking for:** The Global Maintenance and Reliability (M&R) Excellence Expert will support all Composite sites and consolidate maintenance routine practices across multiple sites. In this role, you will: define and deploy Best Practices related to Maintenance and Reliability Excellence; serve as the liaison for SAP applications in Maintenance and Reliability (M&R); train and coach site personnel on the Work Order Management process; coordinate M&R improvement projects, including Materials Data Master Standardization; and develop and manage Dashboard M&R Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A crucial aspect of this role will be fostering networking and integration between the sites to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. **We count on you for:** Consolidate Work Order Management Process + Be the focal point to the sites on Work Order Management (WOM) process by providing training and coaching on notification creation, work prioritization and gatekeeping, work planning and scheduling, work execution first-time right through Precision Maintenance practices and continuous improvement of WOM process by developing ways for the work to be improved. + Check the quality of the information entered in the SAP system. + Track and monitor KPIs related to maintenance and reliability and help the sites improving them. + Perform Wrench Time Analysis and support the sites in adding opportunities from the report to their TIP.. + Perform Maturity Process Assessment for SyMax processes and support sites to close their gaps identified in the TIP. Implement Proactive Reliability Process + Support sites on Asset Register creation and change (Functional Location and Equipment), Criticality Analysis evaluation, Asset Strategy definition, PM Optimization, FMEA, RCM, and Critical Spares Definition. + Standardize PMs across the board for similar Assets on similar criticalities to ensure consistency and dissemination of right strategies. + Capture and disseminate best practices among sites. + Update and revise the frequencies of maintenance plans based on changes in indicators + Develop preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance + Ensure and take the necessary steps to put the defined critical spares in stock Improve Reactive Reliability Process + Report, Analyze and Support Sites to improve OEE, SAP Maintenance Costs and other related Bad Actors caused by Losses from Maintenance and Reliability. + Work with Operational Excellence folks to manage a team who analyze maintenance-related OEE in order to correlate production losses with defective equipment and identify potential for improvement. + Analyze maintenance costs to identify improvements. + Implement, train and coach sites on Failure Analysis Tools/ processes. + Develop triggers and a system to treat Failure Analysis based on Bad Actors Charts + Establish a governance to follow Failure Analysis status and track their actions as well as verify their effectiveness. Manage Contractors for Composite Materials Global initiatives + Manage contracted out work for Reliability Improvement, WOM management, Storeroom improvement and condition monitoring implementation to ensure cost and due dates are in compliance with expectations. Improve Storesroom management + Ensure MRO inventory is identified, quantified and optimized on the sites. Optimize Asset Life and Sustainability + Assist the technical services manager in preparing the annual maintenance budget + Track the life cycle cost of assets + Support sites on determine their 5-year M&R Capex Budget. **You can count on us for:** + We offer the opportunity to join an exciting growth company + A full range of benefits as expected of a successful company + Opportunities for growth and learning + Encouraging a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that values and respects individual differences and backgrounds **You will bring:** + BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related Engineering Discipline + Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred, CRL or other relevant reliability certification a plus. + Should possess a minimum of 10 yrs of experience in manufacturing environment + Compliance with HSE requirements and regulations and group policies + Experience in implementation of elements of reliability centered maintenance (RCM), including: + Predictive and Preventive Maintenance, Root Cause Failure Analysis, Process Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis, Autonomous Maintenance. + Experience with SAP PM, KPI performance management + Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to interact with both the technical and operations teams at the site. **You will get:** + Competitive salary and benefits package + The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $119,200 to $149,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
