The global marketing communication manager leads a global team of talented marketing communication specialists in the design, development, and execution of global campaigns to achieve defined campaign goals.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of b2b marketing experience with 3+ years in people management. Strong leadership and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role!
Key Responsibilities
Drive Agilent business with impactful global marketing campaigns
Lead a distributed team of marketing communications specialists to design and execute global marketing campaigns achieving defined campaign goals
Foster strong collaboration with Global Marketing Program managers and product marketing and segment marketing stakeholder
Foster an outcome driven mindset to lead campaign performance through defined KPI and regular reports
Cultivate a creative, innovative, and collaborative spirit leading a global team of talented marketing communicant specialists across multiple continents, cultures, and time zones
Lead the team to successfully master marketing asset development and execution in a multi-dimensional operational ecosystem
Manage all aspects of people management including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, development, and performance reviews
Grow individual talent with defined development plans and regular feedback sessions
Ensure adherence to Agilent brand and design standards and consistent messaging across programs, campaigns, and deliverables
Support selected global initiatives withing the Commercial Marketing Strategy
Location: Must be commutable to Wilmington, DE site. This is a hybrid position.
Qualifications5+ years of marketing, marketing strategy or marketing communications experience
BA/BS or demonstrable equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Communications, and/or Business Degree
3+ years people management skills, preferably in an international setup
Ability to lead successful collaboration in a corporate environment / matrix organization
Cross-discipline marketing expertise with demonstrated competency across a mix of channels, including email marketing, social media, digital media, marketing automation, account-based marketing
Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage external partnerships across time zones
Ability to give clear, concise, and constructive feedback to both internal and external resources
Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
