Job Overview
Ribbon Communications (Nasdaq: RBBN) delivers secure cloud communications and IP and optical networking solutions to service providers, enterprises and critical infrastructure sectors globally. We are seeking a proactive marketing campaign lead to join our esteemed global marketing team. Your role will involve promoting Ribbons products and solutions to customers and partners worldwide, while also providing support to our sales team with a focus on the Americas region Partner/Channel programs. Key tasks include:
· Campaign planning and strategy
· Campaign design and development
· Campaign execution
· Campaign analysis and reporting
Responsibilities:
· Strategize with sales, marketing and other departments to plan and schedule campaigns
· Build, execute and report on campaigns for key verticals, markets and regions to stakeholders
· Execute campaigns in alignment with core initiatives from senior leadership, executives and key stakeholders
· Develop strong relationships with all departments including sales
· 20% of time will be spent working with channel and partner teams in Americas region to support overall channel and partner programs
Experience and Skills
· Business or Marketing Degree
· 3-5 years' experience in marketing role
· Fluent in English speaking and writing
· Strong communication and project management skills
· Understanding of marketing automation, webinar, CRM and database tools
· Efficient in Excel, SaaS programs or collaboration tools
· Knowledge in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus
