Purpose of the role
The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for managing the hands-on, day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed effectively, and that the marketing team has the tools and processes needed to operate efficiently. The campaign specialist plays a key role in ensuring all aspects of marketing campaign activity and investments are tracked, analyzed, and reported on and are aligned to marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities
Manage the marketing automation platform and CRM (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and other marketing technology systems to support the execution of multi-audience and multi-vehicle marketing campaigns and programs. Create and manage marketing lists, including segmentation, data management, and lead routing. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns. Support the marketing team with campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis, and provide recommendations for optimization and adherence to best practices Manage the deployment of campaigns via platforms such as Linked-in and syndication partners such as Vanilla Plus, Telecoms.com or similar Work with cross-functional teams, particularly sales to ensure successful execution of events, webinars, and other marketing programs. Continuously improve processes and systems to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in the marketing organization Provides training and support to other members of the marketing team on marketing technology and processes Stays up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
